I crossed some sort of threshold with my upper body strength. For a while I couldn’t crack 40 pushups. Yesterday I was able to do 50, and I feel like I could keep going. I actually feel more cardio-tired than muscle fatigue tired. I could do bicycle crunches indefinitely. Gonna bike the 17mi home tonight. [...]
